Another site...
Since not everyone is called to be a shaman, or to do shamanic work, this site may also be particularly useful to folks here: http://www.northernpaganism.org
There are a bunch of online shrines there where people can light candles and make petitions, or leave words of praise or thanks

Re: Websites I've found helpful
http://www.hypnoticwishes.com/pagan/ is my own website.
I've written there about my experiences with the 9 Undines, dumb suppers for deities, songs, chants, prayers, spinning wool on a drop spindle, Anglo-Saxon and Old Norse charms and rituals. Basically, it's where I put my UPG and commentary so it's accessible to others who want to compare notes.
I'm hoping one day I can google "UPG deity X", and get a bunch of people's UPG on that deity. That way we can start to have a decent amount of corroborated personal gnosis (CPG). I couldn't have gotten this far without those who went before me sharing their experience, so I'm sharing mine, such as it is.
